Any changes to the original project scope must be documented in writing and approved by both parties. Additional work will be priced separately and may affect the project timeline. Change orders require approval before work proceeds.
Twin Star Energy's liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of defective work or materials. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total contract amount.
Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through direct communication. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Colorado under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Project cancellation terms:
Twin Star Energy is not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, material shortages, or other unforeseeable events.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the appropriate courts of Colorado.
